Booking information:

• Deposit: A non-refundable £30 deposit per shop or home premises is required for Christmas bookings. This amount is deducted from the final payment upon completion of the mural. If the deposit isn't paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice, your booking will be canceled. Should I need to cancel and cannot reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.

• First-Come, First-Serve: Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If fully booked, I can add you to a reserve list. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

• Consultation: After deposit payment, I will discuss your ideas and concepts with you, usually about 2 weeks before starting the mural.

Pricing:

• Rates: £80 for up to 2 hours of work, and £40 for each additional hour. This includes materials, design preparation, and travel within Cheshire. Additional travel expenses apply for locations outside Cheshire.

• Estimate: I can provide an estimated price based on the size of the window and the complexity of the design. On average, a mural takes between 2 and 5 hours.

• Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion, payable by cash or bank transfer. Cash payments are required on the day. Bank transfer payments must be made within seven days to avoid a 20% surcharge. For companies with 30-day payment policies or those requiring supplier setup, please inform me when booking to prevent delays.

Preparation:

• Window Preparation: Ensure the window is clear of obstructions and cleaned beforehand. I typically work inside, so please keep customers away from the work area to maintain mural quality.
